In 2010, I began my quest to resolve an issue regarding my account.
Days passed. Which turned into weeks, months, and years with no response from Jagex.
In an attempt to remedy my situation; I started playing on a new character.
However, I quickly lost interest.
This continued silence was frustrating...
And yet I remained hopeful.
2014 came & went
As did 2015...
and 2016.. Still nothing.
It wasn't until late 2017 my first piece of good news arrived!
I learned they were finally getting around to my issue!
The swiftness in which the Support Team conducted their investigation and supplied me with a solution was outstanding.
I want to personally thank the entire Team for their hard work and dedication to player satisfaction.
