GameBlast16 is upon us and - if you couldn’t tell - we’ve been hyped for the event to kick off for weeks! Check out all the in-game and offline hilarity in our 24-hour live stream on our Twitch page . It’s also a Double XP Weekend , so let’s all log in to Gielinor and make even more noise for the fantastic work of SpecialEffect , while enjoying XP boosts and donating your spare items to the reopened Well of Goodwill .

Double XP Weekend

The Double XP Weekend is now live too! Join the RuneScape community in a weekend-long frenzy of monster-slaying, ivy-chopping, fly-fishing fun. RuneScape members get double XP from skilling and combat activities, and free players get 1.2x XP. The event lasts until 12:00 UTC on 29th February – enjoy the extra boosts while you can!

Perhaps this is the perfect opportunity for you to sign up and take advantage of RuneMetrics ? Track your XP gains as they come in and streamline your progress with these powerful analytical tools.

Well of Goodwill

The Well of Goodwill is also now open just outside of the Grand Exchange entrance to coincide with this year's GameBlast. Fill it up with your unwanted wealth and Bonds and we’ll turn them into donations! For every Bond donated, US$5.00 will go to SpecialEffect, and for every 3,000,000 GP worth of items deposited in the well, we’ll donate a US$1.

Remember, some special in-game titles are up for grabs. They can be attained when you donate a certain amount of items or Bonds to the well, including all previous donations:

• “The Wishful” – 1 coin


• "The Generous” – 10,000,000 coins or 1 Bond


• “The Millionaire” – 100,000,000 coins or 10 Bonds


• “The Charitable” – 1,000,000,000 coins


• “The Billionaire” – 5,000,000,000 coins

The well will be open until until 12:00 UTC on 29th February .
