Hey there,

yes, all offenses are bound to the account whether it was applied from Old School RuneScape or RuneScape 3. The Rules of RuneScape applies to both games, though Old School has a few unique situations which has resulted in the rules being slightly changed. The vast majority are the exact same however. I'd encourage you to familiarize yourself with them if you are in doubt.
