Welcome to our residence. We are a group of flat-sharing supernatural beings that may or not have a liking for drinking human blood. We are of diverse ages and backgrounds, all having wound up on this side of the Salve for one reason or another.

House Rules

- Obey the chore wheel.
- Clean up after yourself.
- Quiet hours are from 6am to 6pm (if the sun is up, shut up!).
- Close all curtains after leaving a room if you do not plan on returning that night.
- Do not take anybody's food unless offered. IOUs are not acceptable.
- If you have an "accident" and make a mess, please endeavour to mop up as much of the blood and guts as possible, before it turns rancid.
- If you have guests coming over, notify the rest of the flat beforehand. The exception to this rule is if you plan on eating them.
- If werewolves are over, please crack open all windows and perfume the rooms afterwards to ensure their stink does not linger.
- If you believe that you have been slighted, please abide by the regular duelling measures.
- Do not remove anything from the noticeboard unless you posted it or it is out of date.
- If there are any issues or complaints, then they can be brought up at flat meetings and dealt with collectively.
- When out and about, do not behave in a manner or disclose information that would attract unwanted visitors, or worst case scenario, vampyre hunters to the residence.
