The Dissolving of the Holy Kandarin Empire
With popular support expressed through voting through the borders of the Kandarin Empire, the Imperial Throne and all it’s institutions shall hereby disband in favor of localized rule by the chosen majority. All Imperial titles and claims are hereby null and void.
The Crowns of Ardougne, Camelot and Yanille shall be returned to the independent Kingdom’s chosen monarch. The Frozen Crown of Jarl of Rellekka shall be returned to the Fremnnink People. The Princely Circlet of Burthorpe shall be returned to the Burthorpeian Estates. To symbolize the transfer of supreme executive power to the local monarchs.
The Imperial Legion and Navy is hereby disbanded. All due pensions and pay are to be paid out in fully, from the centralized Imperial coffers. Each localized Legion shall then swear fealty to the regions monarch, to symbolize the independent Kingdom’s sovereign in military matters.
The Imperial Holy Kandarin Church of Saradomin is hereby given it’s full independence from any monarch besides the Lord Saradomin himself. The Conclave of Kandarin Bishops shall meet and amongst them elect a Divine Vicar of the Kandarin Church, who shall be entrusted to lead Kandarin’s Faithful.
The Imperial Household of Vekon shall retain their ancestor seats of both Dragonstone and Summerhall, retaining the title of Grand Prince of Dragonstone, and independent from the newly formed Kingdoms of Kandarin.
