The Treaty on the formation of the Commonwealth of Kandarin and the free association, commerce, amity and alliance of the states thereof within.

Article 1
The Dissolving of the Holy Kandarin Empire


With popular support expressed through voting through the borders of the Kandarin Empire, the Imperial Throne and all it’s institutions shall hereby disband in favor of localized rule by the chosen majority. All Imperial titles and claims are hereby null and void.

The Crowns of Ardougne, Camelot and Yanille shall be returned to the independent Kingdom’s chosen monarch. The Frozen Crown of Jarl of Rellekka shall be returned to the Fremnnink People. The Princely Circlet of Burthorpe shall be returned to the Burthorpeian Estates. To symbolize the transfer of supreme executive power to the local monarchs.

The Imperial Legion and Navy is hereby disbanded. All due pensions and pay are to be paid out in fully, from the centralized Imperial coffers. Each localized Legion shall then swear fealty to the regions monarch, to symbolize the independent Kingdom’s sovereign in military matters.

The Imperial Holy Kandarin Church of Saradomin is hereby given it’s full independence from any monarch besides the Lord Saradomin himself. The Conclave of Kandarin Bishops shall meet and amongst them elect a Divine Vicar of the Kandarin Church, who shall be entrusted to lead Kandarin’s Faithful.

The Imperial Household of Vekon shall retain their ancestor seats of both Dragonstone and Summerhall, retaining the title of Grand Prince of Dragonstone, and independent from the newly formed Kingdoms of Kandarin.

The Formation of the Commonwealth of Kandarin Kingdoms


Upon the formal abdication and dissolution of Imperial titles, the five Imperial regions shall be returned to their Kingdom status. Each fully and completely independent from the other, each shall be a member of the Commonwealth Alliance. A defensive pact and trade alliance between the former Imperial regions to protect each other in times of a hostile outside invasion.

The Crowns of the Three Kandarins, Jarl of the Fremenik People, Crown of Burthorpe and the Divine Crown of the Vicar shall all sit upon the Council of the Commonwealth. Each bearing the title of Elector and power to vote upon any proposal brought before the Commonwealth and the betterment of the Kandarin people.

Each member of the Commonwealth are bounded in peace and fellowship. Any war waged against another Elector will bring the other Electors upon the defending side. Any aggressive war waged by an Elector shall not call the support of the rest of the Commonwealth

The Holy Kandarin Church of Saradomin

The Church of Kandarin was formed upon the creation of the Empire of Kandarin. Lead by the Imperial Throne itself, it shall now be independent from earthly politics. Upon the abdication of the Empress Vecta, the Archbishop of Ardougne shall take temporary leadership of the Church of Kandarin until the Council of Bishops meet and vote a new single head of Church, the Divine Vicar.

The Church of Kandarin and it’s Divine Vicar is hereby independent from any Kingdom within the Commonwealth. Upon the Conclave of Bishops shall be the Bishops of Ardougne, Camelot, Yanilla, Burthorpe and Rellekka, with each assisting in the managing of the Church and spread of the Book of Law.

The Holy Church’s estates and lands are free from the burden of tax so long as they are used in the betterment of the spread of the Book of Law. The Holy Church is free to ask for donations or payments from the Faithful in matters that better the Church.

The Divine Vicar shall be entrusted the powers of Elector upon the Commonwealth Council. Leading the Commonwealth’s Faithful in all matters of Saradomin, answering to the one and only true Lord.

The Imperial Election Process

In times of stress and hardship of the Kandarin Commonwealth, the Electors of the Commonwealth Council may elect an Emperor or Empress from among their ranks. Needing only a simple majority amongst the Electors, they shall be invested with full and supreme executive power upon the time of their death or a period of 30 years, whichever occurs first.

Upon the coronation of the Emperor or Empress, the traditional borders of the Holy Kandarin Empire shall be restored. With the King and Queen Electors sitting as the Council to the Emperor or Empress. The armies of the Commonwealth shall be restored into a centralized Imperial Army, with the ability to combat the threat that has arisen. The ancient Imperial titles of Kandarin are then restored to the reigning Emperor or Empress, with all rights and peerage that follow.
