Fellow Comrades!

We must overthrow the evil that has plagued W42 for so long. The monopoly by the Axis of Evil must be crushed and overthrown by force (or autoed since that is their tool of oppression). To that extent, we should join up as one and force the King of Misthalin, Asgarnia and Kandarin to the guillotine.

I can't be bothered to write long posts but essentially we are a special group under the U.S.S.R banner to overthrow these evils of W42. Our capital city is Menaphos and we will go onto lay siege against the enemies of the people of W42.

(I am more than happy to remove this and dissolve this if the axis of evil stops their malicious bullying towards others and spying on other groups in W42..)

Also this group has a specialist unit that is for a worse case scenario which i'm prepared to use at any cost :) (think of it as nuclear missiles).

Character Summary:
Arkadiy Chaykovsky hails from the great penguin city of Pailingrad, located on Gielinor's most northern continent, Archeron. A renowned agent, he is known throughout Archeron as one of the most lethal agents to serve in the KGP. As a gentoo penguin whom showed promise, he was drafted into the KGP as soon as he came of age. He was shipped off to the iceberg base to undertake training, and came out a hardened young penguin. At the age of three, he went on his first mission, to the Lunar Isle. He successfully remained hidden (really the mages just did not bother to teleport a little penguin away), bringing back the first bits information from that location. He was awarded an Orange Beak medal for his excellence. Arkadiy has gone on to surveil more locations, taking out a PBJ agent on one. His most dangerous mission was one to Zemouregal's fortress, during which he had to disguise his scent to avoid pantrolling undead broav. Bringing home a description of the fortress's defenses earned him his Runite Flippers medallion. Now a veteran agent of some ranking within the KGP, Arkadiy continues to spy on the humans to this day. He is currently operating in Asgarnia, hunting down rumors of an organization that rivals his own. "But we can fight."
