Hi, just wondering if anyone plays OSRS f2p and was interested in starting a small rp group.

I'm an old vet from 07 world 42, and I'm jut getting back into the game. Trying to find a comfortable group since the last one I bumped into was a little bit crazy.

I play a character named Ynyr with a very involved backstory, who's basically a spellsword.

Hit me up, I'm on pretty much all the time, especially now.

Peace-

Hi! I am also like you, an old vet from back in the day, who's homeworld is still w42.

Remember how awesome the Rising Sun Inn in Falador used to?! Just walk in there, and join someone's adventure! Doesn't seem like it's that easy anymore in OSRS...

Anyway, I have nothing to contributs besides that I am like you, and also are looking for some roleplaying clans.

Free bump, and people get two newbies for the price of one?

Likewise here as well, veteran player, haven't been on in around 8 years. I remember running a tavern RP in Varrock, paying new players to bring in meat from cows, and other new players to cook it up. Used to give them a "bonus" when they hit certain levels with skills.

Let us know if you find yourself a good RP clan, who knows, if there's enough of us looking we may be able to start our own!

I certainly would be interested in some Old School Roleplay, I am glad to see that there are others who share my sentiment. Starting a Clan wouldn't be a bad idea since then we could bridge RS3 and OSRS RP and perhaps bring back some Freelance Roleplay, or what I personally favor - "Themeplay" using in-game mechanics, props, items, and character levels.

I realize my personal style isn't for everyone, but I do like the idea of your character having natural learned ability in various skills, so how you build your in-game self can determine your proficiency.

I believe at some point they are supposed to bring Clans officially into OSRS as well, so that will be a welcome addition if they bridge the gap.

I'm 100% for this. And I like the idea of "Themeplaying" as in Lore, the world is a game (Bartender in Blue Moon Inn exposes this).

My namesake character is based around my level and way I like combat in game, with his own little backstory.

I don't mind hopping onto F2P to do it! Let's get this going, even if it's just the characters sharing adventures.
