Nestled away on a summit in the storied, valleyed land of Silvarea, a bustling little mining settlement has garnered a little bit more than just a fortune. From the newly built mayoral manor, a middaged kharidian skinned man smokes his pipe and from the further away ducal castle, strange lights live.
Yes hello, this here is my attempt at a custom player owned city without much history which aims to be autonomous yet able to cooperate with any and all roleplayers abound. Just be considerate of everyone involved.
