In the slums of Varrock a Void Knight was present in the building previously known as Murkwater Contractors . He could be seen from the outside trying to clean the place up. The Void Knight knew nothing about the people who previously worked here, but the place could clearly be used. And
Legal
seemed to not mind him, or at least the Void Knight thought. He sighed quietly to himself before mumbling;

"Forcing me to find my own damn work. Thanks, Vick."

To any who may be reading this, hello! I am Achilleus, head of Ashwater Contractors. Although we are currently a recent and young group, I assure you that we will be effective at whatever job you may give us! Working with royal authorites, Ashwater Contracters is here for all your civil needs. Assuming the job is reasonable,
all you need is some quick paper work and a bit of coin.

Any and all relations to Murkwater Contracters is purely coincidence. Ashwater Contractors is its own entity.

[ Contract Submission Form Explained ]

Character Issuing Contract: The character that will be contracting with Ashwater Contractors.

Contract Type: Which service is required from Ashwater Contractors..

Description of Contract: A sufficient description of the contract. If not opting for an In-Character Meeting later on or opting for Ashwater Contractors to run it, it is best to be as descriptive as possible.

Special Requests: Any special requests that might affect the satisfaction of the contract, including manner in which it is completed and any timeframes that must be kept in mind.

Request In-Character Meeting: The in-character meeting would be an agent of Ashwater Contractors approaching the Contract Issuer and discussing the contract in-person, as well as accepting or denying the contract and collecting the Contracting Fees. It is not exactly necessary, but it is fun for world-building and immersion if you have the time.

Story-Teller: You can opt to run the roleplay yourself, or delegate it to a Ashwater Contractors representative. If opting for Ashwater Contractors to run it, please make sure your description of the contract is as detailed as it needs to be.

Paperwork for employment can be collected in person from one of the Royal Notaries in Varrock. This paperwork can be requested to be delivered via the R.P.D.T. for a small fee. Paperwork must be submitted to a Royal Notary, either in person or via R.P.D.T. drop-off. Some time after completion of the paperwork, the potential agent will be approached by a representative of Ashwater Contractors for an interview. Individuals may be solicited by Ashwater agents should they prove themselves noteworthy.

This is self-explanatory. These are the non-negotiable rules that everyone must abide by.

Roleplay is For Fun, Treat it as Such.

Getting upset over in-character happenings is trivial. While we are all subject to this at one point or another, causing drama over it is pointless. It is far better to strike a happy-medium than to argue until someone walks away angry.

Be Creative, but Abide by Lore.

It is asked that all participants respect official Runescape Lore and refrain from straying far from it. Certain creative liberties are fine, within reason.

Act Like A Reasonable, Mature Person.

This is an extension of the two sections above. Use common sense, be kind and courteous, and do not antagonize anyone. If someone relentlessly bugs you, make use of the ignore feature and carry on.

Do Not Acknowledge Legal.
