Next can be found in the gardens of falador as well as the magic stores in falador and varrock the chaos alter right by the magic shop or the black arm gang is a good place to find him

any of these locations if you can find him are a good starting point to this quest
as soon as he says the words

this is how you kno you started.

his RSN is avator cole, he will only respond to next or oldman nothing else What can I say scorpions sting why would you pick me up then if not too get stung

i found him in the garden

he appeared to be talking to himself

he could see my connection to lord zamorak
he also appeared to be missing one of his eyes
but on his wrist i notced a jeweled bracelet
and a ring he smiled when he caught my gaze
you are the spawn of chaos he said i gripped my dagger
and prepaired for battle he cast a weak air spell that knocked me back

he warned me before producing a fireball he smiled before asking me to leave falador gardens D.S.G - H.G - H.J.K
