The Arbiters Reborn is a guild-of-heroes style group who operate close to Al-Kharid, who accept anyone deemed worthy enough to be a "hero", offering them access to jobs, and doing jobs for the public which regular people cannot. Lead by "Subaru", consisting of the members of the old "Arbiters of honor", the Arbiters Reborn is just that - the group given new life.

The Arbiters Reborn is the continuation of the Arbiters of Honor, and is an in-game roleplaying group that also acts as a clan. Joining the clan isn't mandatory for participating in the roleplays. In fact, even if not interested in joining the clan, we suggest you at least take a look at the roleplays we have to offer!

Guild Ranks
]

No Arbiter's acts are ever truly forgotten. Arbiters, upon showing various levels of competence, heroism and virtue, are given ranks and titles to honor their achievements.

Current Ranks of Honor
]

Elite

A warrior who has been in the guild for a long time, and earned a great deal of fame, glory, and reputation. It is not easy to attain this rank. One must risk life and limb on many occasions to even hope to be considered for this position.

Veteran

Only for the dedicated, this ranks can be achieved in a wide variety of ways, including earning the respect of all of the guild members, and preforming truly heroic feats.

Member

The majority of the guild. Those with potential to be better. This ranks is achieved by proving yourself. Possibly several times.

Recruit

Last, but not least, the newest members of the guild. They are recent arrivals, and aren't really to be trusted too much. They can be anyone, and until they prove themselves, their access to the guild's facilities is limited.

The Guildhouse
]

This is where the Arbiters reside! Their main "guildhouse", which is more of a fortress, is the old abbey to the east of Al Kharid. This is where jobs can be picked up by Arbiters, where jobs can be submitted by potential clients, and where the arbiters keep all of their equipment and valuables.

While primarily built to resist attacks, the Abbey is quite beautiful in it's own way, too.

Out-Of-Character (OOC) Rules
]

1. Jagex's rules apply!

2. RSRP rules apply!

3. Respect other clan members.

4. If an admin tells you to drop a topic, drop the topic.

5. You are entitled to an opinion. You will not be judged for it, but some might disagree with it.

6. Be mature.

7. Even though this is a roleplay-based clan, some might choose to not roleplay. As such, please respect these people and do not harass them about their choices. However, the same may be said in reverse. If you do not wish to rp, but someone else does, respect that.

8. You are at the mercy of the admins. If you continue to cause trouble, you WILL be removed.

In-Character (IC) Rules
]

1. Fighting without consent can, and will get you kicked out of the guild.

2. Hurting the innocent is
absolutely forbidden
. This will also get you kicked out, as well as get you blacklisted from future membership with any other guild.

3. 10% of your earnings from every job are to be donated to the Guild as a due of sorts. This keeps our operation going by paying for various resources that are made available to us.

4. If you wish to file a complaint, please do so. We like to know your problems, and hope to make them better.

5. Avoid politics. This includes barfights, and crimes. Our guild is respectable, and we hope to retain a good standing with our potential clients. Remember, you are the face of the guild. Act accordingly. This will be excused if it is deemed that you had no other option.
