The best coffee shop is right here in my own kitchen. I can make my coffee anyway I want, with whatever ingredients I want, tweak it however I want, anytime night or day. The coffee shop is open 24/7/365, as long as I'm awake. If I want a cup of coffee at 3 am, then I'll get a cup of coffee at 3 am.

How many coffee shops can you go into and you tell them how you want it made.

"I want a mocha and here's how I want it made. Put a piece of a chocolate bar in the bottom of the cup. Add some vanilla creamer. Pour coffee in the cup. Stir until the chocolate is melted."

On top of that, I don't have to get dressed, no waiting in line. If I want to use the WiFi, I don't have to worry about someone hacking in. Plus, I can have toast and jam with my coffee, if I so desire.

One day, 4 of us went into a coffee house, paid for our coffee and sat down. We started gabbing, talking shop (we were all in the same line of business) and time passed. The manager came to our table and told us to either buy more coffee or move on, customers are waiting to sit down. You won't find that in my coffee house.

I never visit coffee shops, I never need to visit coffee shops, I would never pay the prices charged at coffee shops, my life is too short to read the menu in coffee shops, my own coffee is far superior, far cheaper, far quicker and I can drink it in the relative tranquillity of my own home and not at a venue full of social posers.
