Bought a shirt.
It never showed up. (After months)
Contacted to get money back.
They said wait longer
I waited
Shirt never showed up
Contacted again.
Nothing
Contacted again...
Nothing!

Fuck amazong garbage ass company i will never spend my money there again, AND i payed for the fucking shipping for this shit. No fuck them they are garbage in every sense of the word.

This was years ago, still do not use amazon and i tell everyone i know this story, dont use amazon. You shouldnt use them for their shipping costs alone.

I agree with both. I've been using Amazon Prime for years and had to return items twice. No problems with that at all.

First item I had to return was a Kurig coffee maker that uses the pods. After a month, the pump stopped working. I called Amazon and the woman told me to go through the vendor. The vendor told me that if I sent them the pod holder, they would send me a new pot. The holder was very small and couldn't find a box small enough. I decided to make my own box out of a larger one. I wasn't able to get to the post office the next day. The following day I was leaving for the post office and found a new Kurig coffee maker on my stoop. I called the vendor and was told not to send the pod holder. This was more kudos for Kurig, not so much for Amazon. But the woman I talked to at Amazon was very friendly and helpful.

The second time I had to return an item was for a button down shirt. I ordered a 2X, what I got was more like a large or extra large. It was labeled 2x, but it didn't fit like one. I called Amazon and told them the problem. They would send me a shipping label through my email. Just print it and attach to the package. I didn't have a printer. The woman at Amazon said that she would be sure to have a label sent to me through the mail. Two days later, it was in my mailbox and was refunded my money.

As for Gold's Gym, yes, I was very upset with them. I was in the hospital for a week and then it was determined I needed surgery. I spent another week in the hospital. The Doctor told me that I wouldn't be able to go to the gym for 2 months. When the Doctor cleared me to go back to the gym I had him write a note stating my condition and my inability to use the gym by his orders. I took the note to the gym, hoping I wouldn't be charged for those 10 weeks. They refused to refund my money.

A few years ago I bought a TV and wall mounting bracket online. For some strange reason, Sony shipped the wall mounting bracket and a Sony Xperia mobile phone, insted of the TV.

After months of numerous calls and emails, with threats to write to the Australian manager, I finally received the TV - six months later. :@

Yeah sony ive had issues with them too. I bought my ps4 and a few months later the controller "broke" it didnt break just one button was stuck, so when i went to press X to start game i couldnt because the button was stuck, so i went online to try and fix found out alot of people have had this issue and sony did nothing to fix it or even address it they just ignored everyone. And that is why i will not be buying the PS5.
