I didn't know there was such a thing as an international women's day.
A lot of things are biased towards men. Did you know car safety crash dummies are based on men? I don't know if that's changed recently. Even seat belts aren't tested for a woman's anatomy. One of the reasons I chose my car was because the seat belt height for the fixing in the door pillar is adjustable. Due to being short I need the seat position moved closer to the pedals. A fixed anchor point for the seat belt means the belt is often too high on my shoulder/neck. I also sometimes have problems getting the belt to sit in the correct position across my body because....well, I'm a woman...
