Insert generic: Every day should celebrate great actions by all genders, however Belated IWD it is; I probably owe my life to several women for saving me more times than I can count whilst at work!

Over the years my wife has really opened my eyes up to gender-based bias in a multitude of ways and it was actually pretty shocking to learn about - the fact that it was (and very much still is) pretty widespread and how I personally went so long through my teenage years and somewhat into my 20s being either completely unaware or nowhere near as aware as I should be!
In any case, I'm very happy to see these issues getting the attention they deserve!
