Todays the day I shaved off my Winter coat. Yes my beard I've been growing since September/October last year and was doing well.

Sadly It's been itching a lot and really doing my head in so it's gone.

I feel cold now but also feel much younger. Less gray hair too lol. My chin was all gray even though I'm young. Honest. :P

I might make 2022 a year of having a shave every day or every few days as I look a lot better without a beard. I bought a £500 shaver last year and it's hardly been used.

So do you have a beard and want to get rid of it?

No beard here, too itchy. I do have a good shaver, though I didn't pay £500, did that come with a barber included? :P I have a Panasonic ES-LV97 it cuts as close as my safety razor. Bob says:

Ah, I was looking at that model when I bought my Panasonic. Apparently they're good for shaving your head as-well. I think Dwayne (The Rock) Johnson uses one. Any complaints with yours? The only gripe I have with my Panasonic is that it cuts so close that when you miss a spot you really notice it. I use it in conjunction with a safety razor to go over what I miss.

I bought mine with the cleaning station too, but it's unopened. Boiling water works just fine :P Bob says:

I had to shave mine off last summer. Was tending to the grill when it flared up. Needless to say a beard down to your stomach and flames do not mix well. I had been growing mine for over eight years. Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.

I've had a goatee for as long as I can remember :P
I tried shaving it off once but my face looked really naked to me.

Also, I hate shaving.
Who's the cat that won't cop out when there's danger all about?

Ive had my beard for 8 years now. Its been many lengths in that 8 years. But i have not seen my chin in yes 8 years. Hopefully many more to go

I did shave it to a grade 6 (19mm) in november and ive been growing it out since as that was too short. But you gotta try new things.

Some advice for beard wearers. Or even non beard owners wanting one

Use beard conditioner
Use beard oil
Brush it
Dont pull at it
Beard oil is 30% for your beard 70% for the skin under your beard. So really rub it in.
If your first time growing it, leave it alone entirely for 4 - 6 weeks (no trimming no tidying ip absolutely nothing) see what you have to work with. And go from there!

Also grey beards are cool! Haha

No beard, no mustache, no goatee...all clean shaven. My avatar does, but that's part of his character. I tried when I was in my late 20s, but it was so patchy it looked like it was moth eaten.
