Yes. I'm in the UK and I hate it because it always takes me at least a week to adjust. The clocks went forward an hour last Sunday and we're now on summer time. I wish they'd leave the clocks alone.
Ive always disliked it. It just screws everything up in my world. It honestly REALLY pisses me off and im really glad we are getting rid of it in the US. (Or thats the rumor)

Australia has daylight saving but my state (Queensland) does not. The problem with Queensland is that the tropical north and western regions do not require it but the south-eastern corner does (greater Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions).
It creates novel problems in business, transacting with states that do have daylight saving. It is particularly difficult for the Gold Coast tourist region. Its twin town - Tweed Heads (New South Wales) - is a very short drive away and you have to adjust your clocks travelling across the border, which may occur a few times a day.
Our state held a referendum about 30 years ago to ask if the population was in favour of daylight saving. The smaller towns and rural areas in the north and west of the state voted not in favour (~ 55%).
