"I think she just wants him to admit they split up, and you and I both know David will never admit that.", my Dad said, glancing away from the computer. "Now go dress in something nicer than that."
On the way past the bathroom, I saw it again out of the corner of my eye. A large, hulking figure, standing just outside the shower. I stopped as chills went up my back, and I slowly looked towards it, just before it vanished once more.
"Dad?!", I asked, scared to know what it could be.
"Yeah?", he asked, from his bedroom.
I ran back into his room, trembling at the thought that something was in the house.
"I think something is in the bathroom.", I said, with a shaky voice.
He got up and checked the bathroom, irritated that I would say something so absurd.
"There's nothing in the bathroom. Now go get dressed before I get upset."
As I turned to leave, there it was. A large, gorilla-looking creature, with blue, shiny hair, standing in the door.
I screamed. I've never screamed so hard in my entire life. My dad looked away from his computer, and started screaming even louder than I did.
During the screaming, a small, green ball with only 2 feet and 2 eyes and no bigger than a baseball walks into the room from behind the large creatures foot.
Scared so badly we both can't bring ourselves to do so any longer, we stared wide-eyed at the oversized gorilla creature. It flashed its teeth quickly, more than likely to scare us further, or perhaps to keep us from hollering again.
I bend down to pick up the little green ball to take it hostage, and when I look back up the gorilla man is gone again. I looked down at what's in my hand. It had two bug eyes, and feet attached directly to it, making me wonder how it could even walk.
I looked back at the doorway, and as I did, the gorilla steps back into it, followed by another, shorter one. It gave us a fierce look, and never looked away from my eyes. I looked at the other one, which was doing the same to my father.
