Do you find fashion important? If so what kind of clothes do you like to wear.

Is it important to follow trends in fashion?
Is there something you are glad is no longer in fashion?
Do you have any pieces of second hand clothing/thrift store/charity shop?
Is dressing ‘right for occasion/dress code’ important?
Do you have a fashion icon/ celebrity you think has great style and you take inspiration from them?
Etc….the possibilities are endless.

Examples:
-Preppy.
-Casual.
-Formal.
-Outlandish.
-Goth.

I like a basic top and flare jeans when I don’t want to put in any effort. Then flare dresses. I like Peter pan collars. Polo necks are terrible. Also, love Disney inspired clothes and cute stuff .

I can’t wear high heels at all. Extremely uncomfortable for me. Although I wish I could. I keep to flats/sneakers/wedges/mary janes.

I do not follow fashion or trends. I wear what ever is comfortable for the day Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.

Umm, so I find looking professionally fashionable at work to be a good thing, so I loosely follow trends that fit my personal style if that makes sense.

I don't have second hand clothing. Tbh, it is because I don't have time or an extensive wardrobe, tbh. But, the pieces I do have are pretty coordinated and "in".

I do think dressing appropriately for the event is crucial. For instance, don't overdress for weddings, don't dress down or too much for work events, etc...

I really like new york & company and often get inspired from them.

All that said, on the weekends I look completely different. Like, I'll wear very nice clothing m-w (I work 2 days from home) and then a bevis and butthead xl men's shirt with black leggings on the weekend. Or I'll wear a tunic black sweatshirt with red dragonscale leggings, lol.
And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

Nice styles everyone :)

I was thinking of Lady Gaga. She has had some rather interesting looks. A meat dress. Couldn’t wear this daily unless we can make it a synthetic replica :p

Affordable clothing - Temu,SHEIN. It’s a hit or miss. I bought a blouse from Temu recently . It was very cheap but cute. SHEIN has trendy attire.

Hellbunny is amazing . They have a section with sales and the quality is good. I’m guessing there will be a big sale later this month. Keep your eyes peeled !

Polo / collared shirt and jeans with smart-casual shoes, usually, plus light waterproof jacket.
If I'm going for a walk and don't expect to encounter anyone I'll wear pretty much whatever.
Brands: M&S and NEXT

Day to day I usually wear leggings with a long line top. I don't follow fashion and haven't done since I was in my 20's. Even back then I was a bit choosy about which things I'd wear that were in fashion.
I'm now far too old to care about it, I know which colours suit me and I like to be comfortable. But we are all sort of forced to follow fashion because it depends what is available to buy. A few years ago, in the UK, the fashion was for retro colours and patterns from the 70's. If I remember correctly oranges and browns were in a lot of the shops. I didn't buy any new clothes all year because I hated the colours back in the 70's and still don't like them now.

These days I dress casual mostly - jeans and a T shirt... with trainers/sneakers.

Favourite brands for the above are Diesel, Carhartt, Superdry, Timberland, Vans and Adidas (Old School trainers).
