I also readed about a surgeon that left a pair of scissors in a patient and sewed him up.

Edit: the surgeon had to cut him open and take out the scissors and sew him back up.

I did Google it and found it to be a topic that goes above the common scense rules we have here within the forums.

Although you left out the guts of the story it was enough to find via Google.

Lets not post these sort of topics within a gaming forum as they could cause distress or upset with the younger readers.
