CM Nick used to have a ramen noodle thread that Chewy devoured (as near as I can tell from my searches).

He loves ramen noodles.
I love ramen noodles.
We know we are not alone.

I decided to make this a general noodle thread, so folks can share not only ramen noodle stuff, but other noodle dishes. While I'm likely limited to sharing pics, recipes are not unwelcome. Also interested in hearing about various noodle dishes folks have tried/enjoyed.

I've been meaning to make this thread for months and only remembered to snap a pic three times. Now that there's this thread, perhaps I'll be less forgetful.

These ramen noodles are something to try on my bucket list.

I've never had any and see them on cooking shows on TV and I just want to try them.

Where I live in the UK there is no where around me that does these or anything like them. Maybe 1 day I'll get to try them out as the 3 pictures above look so appetising I could just eat them now. Comprehensive Account Security

Our fav Chinese restaurant has Singapore Curry

Rice Noodles

as a dish. Quite yummy, but it was a 'dry' curry, so I asked for a small bowl of 'wet' curry on the side to add.

Earlier this week I was out of town at a conference, so we were sampling new restaurants.
I thought what a great opportunity to have more noodles!

They called this "Kitayama". It was cold udon noodles with veggie and shrimp tempura, which was hot/warm. I wasn't sure that I'd like hot and cold together, but I simply just ate all the tempura first lol and then concentrated on the noodles.

Turned out to be quite yummy

Last week I had Japchae for the first time.

It's a savory and slightly sweet dish of stir-fried

glass noodles

and vegetables that is popular in Korean cuisine.

The person taking the order asked me if I wanted spicy or not. I replied: Will spicy make me cry? She assured me it would not. Reader, I cried.
