so this so called valofe company that bought combat arms off nexon didn't transfer my account over and I lost one of the oldest accounts in existence of the game. I started within 4 days of combat arms release date and been through all the hackers, glitchers and all the bs the game has been through. I was there when just 1 or 2 rooms were up out of 2 all 2 had hackers. I played the game when it was unplayable but I stayed there in hopes of keeping the game alive.

It somehow became playable around mid 2009 to 2010 but It was still struggling and plagued with hackers. Around 2015 the game was "officially" playable. I remained there until about 2017.

When i came back, for all my dedication to the game they didn't even transfer my "legendary account" the "oldest" account ever created. What a sad, garbage company they are! shame on them! well something similar happen to my arcanists and rsc accs as well as air rivals

what is wrong with these people! I want my account back! was looking forward to playing some combat arms, well the only game I can play now is rs.

anyone know any games that are similar to runescape in a way that they last for decades? I want a game that keeps my progress even years later. nexon was alright but this new company is garbage!

nexon should build a monument of me for keeping their game alive and for advertising it, I even got my rs acc banned once for advertising their game in 2009 cuz we didn't have enough players

I did whatever I could to spread/share the game

everyone that knew me played the game with me and this is what they does? I made everyone play the game with me

this is so disappointing, I was maxed prestige, had all weapons unlocked, spent so much time getting my kdr over 4 cuz was 0.1 cuz of all the hackers pre 2015

this is just sad

I brought more people to combat arms than nexon did with all their "advertisements" which they didn't even have! I single handedly kept the game alive and was the only one advertising the game at the time and the only way anyone would find the game is by typing "free shooting games" and going to the 10th page of google.

this is so sad bruh, they didn't even transfer my account and it's forever gone

I remember being the only one in the lobby, I remember I was the only host running any maps, I almost always player brushwood and sometimes the snow map

I literally got my gaming pc just to play that game, you know

I was also advertising arcanists in hopes of keeping it alive and I kept my membership even tho i didn't play the game since hackers were everywhere but combat arms is different because I actually did help keep the game alive

I put in so much effort in keeping that game alive in hopes of someday being able to play a single game without it being crashed by hackers and I seen that day

I lived to see the game that I worked so hard to keep alive flourish and become a wonderful game that many players enjoy to this day, i wish that i could've said the same for arcanists

but now my account is gone, the oldest account in the game has been erased without any hopes of return. shame on you nexon and garbage valofe, what a sad company!

Then again you have said its "gone forever" so doesnt that answer this question?

I've never been hacked or had my game account banned, so I probably cant be of any help. And tbh I've only really had a RS account when it comes to gaming.

But if you look back on your posts on this thread you will see that you have behaved in ways that have put your account at risk.

When I started playing RS, I was a 'Ranter' for many years. I never ranted as such, but I hung out on the Rants forum with other players and we responded to their rants, so I've heard about problems like yours many times.

Try and get your account back by all means, but change your behavior as well.

Don't break the rules and keep your account secure.

I'll have more success from rs community than from the valofe company. They're completely useless, their website doesn't even work and idk what to do. I have the oldest combat arms account in existence with everything unlocked and don't wanna lose it!

and I thought rs had horrible custoemr support... This is way worse! this is even worse than ea customer support! this is like yt/gmx customer support type of uselessness

I am so upset man that account is worth so much... on arcanists I had 10th presitige and took forever to get there but on combat arms I had to go from 0.1 kdr all the way to 4.0+ kdr! I mean it was incredibly difficult. I had to put up with hackers every single game and the flawed kicked system and I had to advertise the game daily to keep it alive.

Believe me if rs wasn't doing good I'd be the first to start advertising it everywhere and that's what I did with combat arms. I was the only one that had a room and maps running... In order to get exp I had to get killed by hackers until the end of the game which means getting like 2 kills and getting 50 deaths a game. When the game was first starting out it was definitely unfun/not fun. I has to deal with it in order to lvl up...

Now my acc is gone and they're not doing anything to help me! I ask runescape customer support to contact them and help me! It's not fair man, I am the oldest combat arms player, I have the oldest combat arms account! It's sad that the only way to possibly get help is by posting on runescape forums... I mean can't rs customer support contact them as company and help me get my acc back? This is like runescape deleting zezimas acc... This is not right man... I helped shape future of that game by advertising to daily, I kept it alive... I want someone to help me get my acc back.

Why are you asking rs support for a non-rs game issue???

This is like asking Wow support for a rs related issue.

No wonder they arent helping.
