having trouble with shadow mini quest like to what u require to start the sequence for the ice button the scoll does not work { it says nothing happening} and i cant get the answer anywhere old stewie here glad to be on forums

having trouble with shadow vault mini quest i cannot get scolls to be accepted at the ice button all it says wont accept when u give the chant and the scrolls dont disintergrate pls help if u can { going nuts } old stewie here glad to be on forums

I need help with Heart of Stone -quest.

Something went wrong when talking to JasKra and now he does not believe our good intentions. That's why he is not speaking to us. My companion Kipple says that we need to form a case using hard evidence.

So what kind of case and what could be hard evidence here?

If you have any idea how to solve this problem, please help! I'm a returning player. I haven't been playing Runescape for like 15 years. It is pretty lonely with nobody to talk or play with so it would be nice to have someone to talk with. My time zone is EET.
