This Friend Chat is hosted by " Nava " and has been set up with the idea of having a non-toxic community with a focus on getting consistent and fast kills with equal points at Croesus. We accept players of all levels and skill types and even teach those who are new to this boss! there is a place for everyone in our organization. We focus on running Quick and Efficient groups of 4/8/12 players each with their own assigned skill for the session. Discord is primarily used for team formation to organize smooth sessions, but use of discord is not required.

RULES:


1.) All Jagex Rules Apply.

Real world trading
Macroing and third-party software/hardware
Inappropriate language or behaviour
Solicitation
Games of chance
Scamming and luring
Buying/selling and sharing accounts

Jagex staff impersonation

Exploiting a bug
Encouraging others to break the rules

2.) No Hate Speach.

We will not tolerate any form of hate speech or bullying in this community.
Examples of hate speech include but are not limited to:
Gender / Sexual Orientation
Race / Ethnicity / Religion
Mental / Physical impairment / Disability

3.) No Threats Or Illegal Acts.

Real life threats and other illegal acts are not allowed. Any posts that exhibit this kind of behavior will be removed and forwarded to the Jagex Safety team where appropriate action will be taken.

4.) No Spam.

Begging, buying, and selling items. Advertising services offered by you, another individual or companies, or product sales of any kind. TYPING IN ALL CAPS. Unnecessary

Ranks within Friend Chat

This is the basic ranking structure within the group. Ranks are intended to catagorize over all ability within the boss session to keep groups flowing smoothly. Each rank has the abilities of the rank previous as well as its own.

8 man (Recruit):
-Can join 8 man teams on one or more roles.
-Great place to learn the basics of Croesus.
-Simple roles.

8 man Leader (Corporal):
-Ranked up from 8 man after a tryout/vouch from higher ranks.
-Can do any role on 8 man teams.
-Ensure the rules are being followed and understood.
-Be of the understanding that we all started from somewhere - we have a mixture of new players & experienced on discord and in the FC; everyone needs to be treated the same.
-Good communication to other hosts & ranks.

4 man chill (Sergeant):
-Ranked up from 8 man or 8/4 learner after a tryout/vouch from higher ranks.
-Can do one of the 4 roles to completion.
-No hard time limit but understands the 4 man rotation and aims for 7-8 minute kills (so the boss won't enrage).
-Finish at your own speed (if you mess up and need help, its ok, communicate with your team).
-Aims for 6-8 kills per hour.
-Great place to work on your experience and rotation without the time pressure.
-Ability to host 4 man chill sessions within the group

4 man team (Lieutenant):
-Ranked up from 4 man chill after a tryout/vouch from higher ranks.
-Can do one of the 4 roles on 4 man speed, Finishes their statue before 2nd mid (5:15 minutes).
-Aims for 420 contribution.
-Aims for 9 kills per hour with their 4 man team.

4 man leader (captain):
-Can do all 4 nodes on 4 man speed
-Will take responsibility of their team
-Active in FC and Discord
-Ensure the rules are being followed and understood
-Be of the understanding that we all started from somewhere. we have a mixture of new players & experienced on discord and in the FC; everyone needs to be treated the same.
-Offer help if you think a player could improve by a suggestion made by you OR refer to a Coach if you feel the player needs 1:1 help
-Able to give clear instruction & troubleshoot problems as they occur
-Good communication to other hosts & ranks.
-Ability to hold 4 man sessions within the group.

Skills:
| Hunter 80+ | Fishing 80+ | Mining 80+ | Woodcutting 80+ |

Outfits:
| Volcanic trapper outfit | Fury shark outfit | Magic golem outfit | Nature's sentinel outfit |

Hand Slots:
| Magic butterfly net | Fishing rod-o-matic | Pickaxe | Hatchet |

Magic butterfly net
For Hunter nodes. Does not work on core.
Alternatively, use an enhanced Yaktwee stick for experience

Fishing rod-o-matic - If you have it.
For Fishing nodes and core.
The crystal fishing rod and its augmented version do not work

Pickaxe - Use your best one
For Mining nodes and core.
An augmented Pickaxe of Earth and Song is the best in slot

Hatchet - use your best one
For Woodcutting nodes and core.
An augmented crystal hatchet and Sana's fyrtorch are recommended when Woodcutting is your primary role

Perks:
| Honed | Prosper |

The Honed perk can speed up the gathering process for Fishing, Mining & Woodcutting

If you wish to passively collect clue scrolls during the encounter the prosper perk is effective

Other perks have no effect on the resources in this encounter

Off-Hand Slot:
Artificer's measure
Provides a chance to increase progress while restoring any of the statues. It can greatly speed up the restoring process.

Tagga's corehammer
The player has +10% critical strike chance and +35 critical strike damage when Mining is your primary role - particularly good when mining the middle core in the last phase of an event

Sana's fyrtorch
Allows you to burn away sticky fungus without logs.

Alternatively, use an Orthen furnace core or protean logs.

If these options are unavailable, any other type of logs can be used.

General Kill Roles/Rotation

there are many guides and images of the boss field. the basics for the teams are as follows:


8 man:
This session style places two players partnered up in each of the 4 quadrants.

Player 1
-Gather 10 materials and rot them
-Poison the quadrant node
-Gather 16 material
-Run short (1 rotation counter clockwise)
-Deposit and restore statue.

Player 2
-Gather 16 material
-Run long (2 rotations counter clockwise)
-Deposit and restore statue.

All players halt actions to kill energy fungus at mid, spawn times are (first mid)~2:25 and (second mid)~5:15. second mid is not typical for 8 man as these teams have quick kill times.
Once statues are restored and ready to pray, all players pray statues at the same time (never before first mid) and damage the boss node in the center.

Rewards: This session style typically gives 200-250 points per player resulting in 4 to 5 drop rolls.

4 man:
This session style has one player in each of the 4 quadrants.

Player
-Gather 16 material and deposit in the box by statue.
-Gather and rot 10 material and kill quadrant node.
-Poison quadrant node.
-Gather 16 material.
-Run counter long (2 rotations counter clockwise).
-Deposit into statue.
-Take 16 material from the box at current location.
-Run short (1 rotation counter clockwise).
-Deposit and restore statue.

All players halt actions to kill energy fungus at mid, spawn times are (first mid)~2:25 and (second mid)~5:15.
Once statues are restored and ready to pray, all players pray statues at the same time (never before second mid) and damage the boss node in the center.

Rewards: This session style typically gives 420+ points per player resulting in 12 drop rolls.
