there are so many teleport already this is pretty much already a thing.

also you still need to gear.

Given I'm only 113 slayer, but IDK of any tasks I can't get to within like 30 seconds lol. Maybe 60 seconds if I have to change the world gate dial or something.
and yeah, the gearing comment definitely applies.
