What would be very nice is an Herblore recipe book, something I could keep in the bank and pull out when I wanted to recall the correct recipe for an Extreme Magic or some such potion. Right now I have to go look it up in the Wiki, which isn't terribly burdensome but it would be nice if I could access the information in-game.

You can look up recipes by clicking on the Herblore skill on the skills menu. Simply click on the "i" next to the item you wish to know more information about.

This is the same for every other skill, including collection skills, where the info will tell you where you can mine rocks, etc.
