Can we get a necromancy tendrils ability to fill out the last remaining missing tendrils?

Req: 75 necromancy

Tendrils of ice whip at the target's feet. Instantly apply the ice tendrils to the target as a dot, dealing damage over time to you and the target. Dot functions like greater barge dot, so it can crit and causes all bloat dot to crit if it crits.

Thoughts?
