Let players add a elemental impetus to a elemental battlestaff to create a t82 limitless elemental battlestaff. Players can then add a augmentor to the limitless elemental battlestaff to augment it. T82 magic staff is outdated content from 5 years ago and having all 4 elemental runes at t82 shouldn't affect rune prices that much so shouldn't be op. Even staff of sliske is cheaper than nox staff so this would make sense.
