I feel like with the general tone and vibe of much of runescape, maybe not all, but a significant chunk (the whole sort-of-comedic-but-vaguely-serious tones) I feel like Russell Shaw would be an excellent choice for a composer. His work on the Fable series of games and it's whimsical fantasy music would perfectly suit the theme of runescape I feel!
