holiday emotes when used will say things like "unlocks during Halloweens event"
yet for the last 5 years this has not been true. please update this to say was unlockable during past event. or better yet hide it from new players as its impossible for them to ever get.
jagex is normaly better about not flashing discontinued content Infront of new players.

a simpler choice would be making them unlock during the month of October or somthing. but as yall clearly wont do that at least update its description
