Christmas 2023 event/th promo: Add a ensouled santa hat.

Ensouled santa hat effect: When worn by non-ironman players, it prevents all glyphs from degrading while doing rituals. It also acts as a light source.

Halloween 2024 event/th promo: Add a ensouled hallowe'en mask.

Ensouled hallowe'en mask effect: When worn by non-ironman players, it automatically collects ritual disturbances and boosts xp reward from disturbances by 5%. It also acts as a light source.

Despite my personal dislike of these ensouled items, imo add ensouled santa and hween mask to complete the set.
