iPad keyboard support on RS3

I use an ipad pro with smart keyboard and old school runescape is amazing, arrow buttons move screen, right click works and the cursor is even changed / custom (which I thought was limited by apple but evidently not). Why can't RS3 make more of an effort towards their customers in the same way old school listens and provides. _
