It is nice that we have an Aura for cooking, which if you have the cooking cape is redundant.
It is nice that people can train it with reduced chances of burning before they won't be doing it anymore. But I'd suggest that the aura for cooking, flameproof is made to include a chance to make an extra fish and send it to bank like the portable range and modified Toque. So there is a chance to reduce cost of training cooking, and if you're cooking for your own collection of food, you are still given a reason to use the aura which otherwise costs as much as an aura that is never outdated though it is, much like the Runespan and thieving auras; once you can pickpocket the clans there is really no need for the thieving aura anymore afaik. And runespan points no longer have value, so there's no reason to go back unless you're training strictly for exp, but you know exp is the only reward for the runespan.
All that said, it would be nice if we had a smelting, smithing, crafting, fletching, construction, and firemaking aura. The Smelting would increase the chance of smelting extra bars, the smithing would provide a chance to save bars when smithing, like for smithing having a smelting, and smithing aura as separate things, there is opportunity to make many auras for crafting, you could have one aura to have a chance at using less hides, one for clay perhaps the chance to make 2x as many of what you're making sent to bank if full inventory, one for crafting silver or gold has a chance to save silver/gold/gems, and one for glass blowing all types of glass chance to save resources sent to bank if full, the fletching aura and firemaking, though separate auras would do the same thing, save logs; perhaps the fletching one could also have the chance of making 2 of product out of one log so you'd have a double benefit of either saving logs or making double product with no exp for the product made. Lastly the construction aura which has a chance to save planks.
