Just like how there's a portable fairy ring for fairy rings and a spirit tree re-rooter for spirit trees, add a item that can summon a magic carpet ride from anywhere to any carpet destination in the desert.

Unlike the portable ring and spirit tree, the portable carpet whistle has unlimited charges but takes coins from your pouch, inv or bank whenever you use it.
