A good way to get people to convert to Jagex accounts would be the extended logout timer for sure, however, there is another way, allow Grace of the Elves usage on F2P servers if you have a Jagex account, this would generate so many Jagex accounts so fast simply due to the fact of how beneficial this item would be in F2P, make Divination a F2P skill also.
Make the highest tier of porter is available for purchase offering 100 of the VII signs of the porter equaling a total of 5000 charges for the price of a bond, realistically speaking it isn't worth it if you're trying to make GP but if you're looking to level any of gathering skills and haven't reached the Divination level or own membership to create your own then making a Jagex account and spending money on a couple of bonds is absolutely worth it, most people would probably end up purchasing the 3 Bond pack, 2 bonds for 10k charges and 1 bond for 14 days mems, or 2 for mems 1 for charges, I believe as a first purchase a few players would also purchase the 5 pack if they're unable to afford the Gote, giving them enough GP for the Gote, 2 bonds of mems and 1 pack of charges.
