Add dairy cow to chef's guild

I am an ironman and was trying to make a cheesecake, I was at cooking guild so thought what better place to do it than there... And found myself having to teleport to lumbridge because there was no way to get any milk in there... It's an important ingredient for a lot of things so I reckon it would benefit the ironman community to add a dairy cow outside of the chef's guild. I also found it ridiculous how I gotta wear a chef's hat to enter even when I'm 99 cooking, I reckon that should be removed at 99 but it's not as important as the milk. We need milk!

Support. They could add a small pen for cows right next to the cooks' guild on the west of it.
