Add Sojobo to NPC Contact

Sojobo provides contracts on Waiko.
If you are on an uncharted isle it would be nice to contact him for another contract.
Instead you must first finish or leave your isle to go back to Waiko for another contract.
Adding him to the NPC Contact spell would streamline this.

There is an item to summon them onto your island. "Contract contact."

They cost 10 chimes in the Waiko reward shop under the consumables tab.

When used, the NPC who gave you the contract stays on the island until you leave or logout.
