I want to explain the overview of this skill and things too keep in mind and not go into too much details but give a simple outline. This skill Is aim at pvm and skillers . So let me explain. The skill cannot be overpowering and uses in-game items with a spin . Ok so the pvm part of this skill is being able to add effects to helm and feet gear only . Chest , gloves , legs and weapons has invention and cinderbane gloves. The abillity to take enchanted ring and amulet with effects and add those too helms and feet. This would not stack with relic powere and would even open up not being able too have skiller relics active and not pvm relics.granted some amulets and rings cannot have their whole effect applied to equipment but a lesser version of some those effects . Ok now let's explain the skill. Inscription is the abillity to add existing ring , amulet effects to helm and feet. One must transmute rings and amulets onto special paper using special inks so that it can be inscribed onto gear. Inks would be obtain by using a pestal/mortar on enchanted gems to crush them into dust. Example enchanted emerald dust , enchanted sapphire dust etc. Combine the dust with vials of water or a new type of glass vial too write with. Paper would be obtained using logs and going through a process using a paper mill machine. Different logs would produce different grades of paper as well as different gems producing different color inks . Using crafting one must create pens and workstations using construction. Another source of obtaineding random different gem dust is a rock crusher and adding different ores. Their are so many skiller perks and some pvm that would be useful being applied to helm and feet. This skill would be supplied by existing skills. Crafting is involved cutting gems , smithing involved in pens using bars , magic involved by enchanting gems, construction involved in making a workstations Mr vishous

Transmutation of the items onto paper destroy the item in the process. Examples of items with effects . Rings of luck tiers , ring of recoil , ring of metamorphosis, ring of life, ring of death the abillity can only have one effect that carries over and will not stack with similar effects. Necklace of gluttony , phoenix necklace effect with a 1 min - 2 min cooldown, berserker necklace, grace of the elves unlimited sign of portable with a 30 sec cooldown , reaper necklace accuracy buff,headhunter sacrifice, castle wars brace effect , inoculation brace protects against all poison , regen bracelet , deathtouch bracelet , amulet of bountiful harvest, amulet of defense, all the blood amulets healing effects does not stack with similar effects , amulet of souls note only one effect is carry over while inscribed onto gear soul split heal does not stack with similar effects and the 10 percent increase damage reduction stacks with similar effects , eof has 3 effects , only one can carry over and the healing does not stack with similar effects, the damage reduction becomes a permanent 5- 10 percent damage reduction instead of on chance . These are just some of the pvm buffs their are so many skiller buffs and effects I did not list but you get the gist of it. Mr vishous

All skills effected includes ...... magic , crafting , smithing , woodcutting, mining , runecrafting, construction, slayer note because some items with special effects come from slayer monsters only. This skill targets pvmers and skillers on a broad range with the abillity too choose effects while using existing skills to support inscription. Mr vishous

This would also include mining if the player chooses to use the rock crusher to obtain random dust. It would touch on slayer and those special rings and amulets with effects .pocket items with certain special effects could also be inscribed onto helm and feet opening up the abillity of choosing skiller and pvm effects across the board . This skill touches on runecrafing because the gems all have too be inchanted to make inchanted inks. Which brings me too the random dust from the magical rock crusher skipping the enchant part of the process and adding some random factor to obtaining enchanted dust. The paper obtain from the papermill would come in different grades depending on the logs used and will determined how much of the effects carry over using different grades of ink as well. This gives a random scale of the effect similar to using different invention components. Mr vishous
