Within my community, I run weekly capping raffles for those who've met their quota within the citadel via further Discord engagement. All that aside, awarding those weekly winners spun (and then monthly winner) can prove to be challenging, at times. Usually myself or a select number of my team pays out the sum to the player - usually at their convenience, rightfully.
What I'd like to suggest is, proven that the player is within the clan, a "collection box" of sorts can be given from an
Admin+
of the clan towards any other user; again-that is funds or an item awaiting the offline recipient to collect it once they are online.
This is a similar suggestion that has been suggested for decades to mailboxes, yes. The difference: a set requirement of 100+ players within the community must be met before this collection box feature is unlocked (similar feature to Reddit of how 100 must be met before an official affiliation-advertisement is allowed). In theory, this offers further protection from most malicious intent and abuse.
