Honestly as a returning player i would make the suggestion and i really think because nobody uses houses anymore you guys should create an opportunity for people to start using each other's houses again. give the player experience of us achieving something our house in game for our house in game for other people to want to use people's houses again make it useful give us something more worth building and new content. you guys are creating more content and not upgrading the current content for certain things in game to go with it i think this would be a fun opportunity for construction building.

PUT OPTIONS TO HAVE OUTSIDE YOUR HOUSE LIKE A MOB OR SOMETHING TERRORIZING YOUR HOUSE SOMETHING COOL or appealing once again. give us bridges to build around a pound in the garden or a walking path. hidden chests for our items we want to store in our home like an extra bank option. be able to change housing doors too. i am referring to rs3 not old school. give us things to make it a requirement to use like it has something we need to do for a end game content something. make it fun again. give us servants that stand outside in our homes were anyone can access anyone home the servant can sell things for us like on the GE as if u were going to a shop more like a mall of things, we want to sell they can buy from other people's houses. give US A GUILD home we can build together make it fancy or evil or dungeon terror looking give another world port options for the homes so people can share their creativity on their houses make it a purpose for someone to be like oh i like that house i want to do something or come here for whatever reason

You're shouting into the void here. There have been countless suggestions for upgrades to POH and they have all fallen on deaf ears. It's too much work for them, so they'd rather give a bunch of other Player owned options then just updating the POH.

I'll add my support here too just cause I want anything to be done to POHs, but based on previous experience this will go nowhere.

THANK YOU !!!! appreciate it but common on why not dude when was the last time you've seen over10-20 ppl in someone's house so long it use to be fun we use to just chill for no reason and just bs in it they should really give us a new reason for PoH would be dope asf cant lie. but ur input on something u wud like to see wud be amazing pls n ty. i mean they could come out with all this new stuff why not make something that's already their that's dead lively again.

WERD like A pvp fighting to the finish or robbing something lol i like ur idea thats freaking awesome. would be cool to give us chests that we can put sll over the room something we can't sell on the ge that people would have to go too other people's houses to buy that you can only craft from construction an item to use in game.

Jagex. Erase all houses and design construction poh’s from scratch. At this point people wont mind building a new home from ground up with a new look and new content. If the code has been lost… just erase all players homes and redo construction already. I’m ready.
