Was thinking there should be a way to turnoff a skill for skillers, so no xp could be gained in it. ex (hp,att,str,def,pr,range,mage) all these should be able to turn off completely no xp gains from lamps or real combat. so it prevents mistakes and ruining many hours on skiller accounts.

This exists already in game. Talk to Nastroth in Lumbride.
The only skill xp you can't toggle off completely is constitution. The New Wild (instanced) <---------> Enhancing Combat and PVP
