Hello,

I've recently had my account hacked and unfortunately had all my gear, loot, GP all stolen sold and sold. I'm now using the Authenticator and Bank Password (Waiting for this to be implemented).

All though the cash and gear going is really annoying. What has annoyed me more than anything is the full graceful that took me a solid 4 days of grinding being refunded and sold on for Amylase packs.

I just don't understand why you are allowed to refund those items? Or at least give the player the option of making them un-refundable like with imbued items?

Could you potentially give this as an option?
