When foraging mushroom clusters, you will sometimes get pricked by a thorn. This interupts the gathering of mushrooms. You dont get the same interuptions when mining crablets, fishing wobblegongs, or cutting golden bamboos

Maybe add protection from thorns while wearing a glove slot item like how nettles need glove slot equipped to pick.
