Add Fisherman to NPC contacts

They say they hold on to the tickets for you so you don't have to; makes sense for them to be added to the NPC contact spell considering this, then you can get your daily tickets without it taking time out of your day when you are saving them up since they are the ones with them anyways. I think this is as good as any of the other contacts to have in the spell, they can tell you when the fish flinger is about to begin too on top of giving you your daily tickets.

I suppose there are many fisherman, and you are probably likely to pass one in the course of your day anyways, and you don't have to collect many of them before you need to use them, so I suppose this is a pointless suggestion.
