Since there's a lot of talk of players taking a break from RS3 or moving to OSRS, let's come up with some ideas that'd keep players engaged or wanting to play when they might not.
I'm not suggesting we do Jagex' job for them, I just personally don't like seeing RS empty.
Forgive the crude drawing. What do you guys think could be added to keep players engaged?
My 'unpopular opinion' on recent changes is that Yak track was good and it kept people busy between 'waiting for DXP'. That doesn't mean I liked all of it, but overall I thought it was a good system. I'm a big fan of temporary 'events' like that. So, since that's gone, what could they do that might have a similar effect? I'll list your ideas on the next post. I'll start...

* Seasonal drop tables - Change (or add new items to) existing boss drop-tables (1)
- this could be in the form of limited edition cosmetic tokens, or entirely new items.
* Add a black party hat event (1)

Say if you like a suggestion, I'll add a number as a form of voting to give Jagex more insight.
This combat buff event that's going on is pretty neat, right? I think things like this work.
