Base action = the player doesn't actually do anything for this. It is the base award
Fishing XP Impact = Small XP lamp
Fishing Haul Impact = some fish awarded
Action #2 = GP given options 1-4. Murphy needs the initial investment to go out and hire a crew. This option will have the greater impact sliding the scale towards the haul or XP.
If you choose for Fishing XP, Fishing XP Impact = Murphy pockets a chunk of the GP and goes out to hire a crew that would work more for beer than money. They won't catch much, but Murphy will let you in on more trade secrets and Fishing know-how.
If you choose for catch, Fishing Haul Impact = Murphy will go out and get the best crew he can afford. The experience earned is distributed among the crew, but everyone wins with an increased haul.
Action #3 = Boat repair option. You can improve the handling of the boat or improve the nets. Player will need some materials to "repair" either option, but not both.
If you choose for Fishing XP, Fishing XP Impact = The player will use Construction to fix the hull of the ship and make some other random improvement. The boat will handle a lot better on the water making things easier for the crew. This will award the player a small to medium XP lamp worth of Construction XP, and a small to medium XP lamp worth of Fishing XP
If you choose for catch, Fishing Haul Impact = The player will use Crafting to mend and improve the nets. This will help increase the haul on the total number of fish and quality caught. This will award a small to medium XP lamp worth of Crafting XP, and 25-50% of the Fishing XP you would have earned with the other option.
