I wanted to say thank you to the Jagex team for putting OSRS on Steam. I was neutral at first but I was won over by how easily it was to link my account and purchase membership. My bank in the US always flags and locks my account with UK purchases so I'm looking forward to purchasing membership (and hopefully eventually bonds) through steam without calling the bank or using amazon.

The achievement are cute although none of them appear to be that hard. I'll keep an eye on the OSRS page to see what may come in the future and what the community on there may be up to.

I also recently discovered that Jagex transactions are flagged. One cancelled debit card later, I'm back to normal.

I'm happy that a lot of people are getting use of the Steam version of Runescape. This game is over 20 years old, amazing it found itself on Steam. It's amazing it works at all, but that's a discussion for a different thread. Off on a vacation to Karamja
