Hi,

im sure this might be met with negative responses however i can stress how frustrated i am!

My account was hacked and then used to bot. I cancelled my membership for this account last year, the person who hijacked my account and then proceeded to pay for membership via their own bank.

Also different IP location surely you can detect where someone is connecting from? I put a lot of hours into that account and sadly it was hacked!

I have done a ban appeal however due to evidence which was on the 22nd and 25th of April!! (which is RIDICULOUS) I now dont have my main! I'm lost with what to do! like i dont know what else to do to prove it was hijacked! even the character name was changed yet i didnt get a single email notification to say all this had happened? prehaps this suggestion might help with security of peoples accounts.

I wont tag the mod who reviewed the ban appeal as much as id like to! but im sure you can imagine how frustrated I am to lose all that hard work when my account was hacked.

Please note: this forum is for 'compliments", not "complaints".

I know this is not what you want to hear, but if you've used your ban appeal and the appeal was denied, then there is nothing more that you can do to get that account back in the game. As explained in the Account Bans page in the Support Centre, "Appeals sent after a decision has been made will not be reviewed." The Forums may not be used to appeal or protest account bans and therefore this thread is closed.

If you need advice to prevent your other account(s) from being hijacked, see the Getting secure article in the Support Centre or ask for assistance in the Community Led Account Help Forum .
