You will often not find me in the compliments forum because I tend to only come to the forums and issue complaints or feedback.
But Jagex has really surprised me with this recent Hero Pass situation. I've been playing runescape for 16 years and it is very very rare to see acknowledgement and amends being made after an unpopular update.
Jagex did the right thing by acknowledging their mistake and then making it right.
I want to say thank you for listening, because Jmods and Jagex and everyone needs to know how important it is that you did the right this time.

I also think it's great to know Jagex can admit mistakes, obviously Jagex are hiring honest employee's these days rather than the somewhat corrupt e-fame wannabe's from yesteryear
