Oh how happy I was when I came to explore the area and found the sawmill. I had thought all the stuff there was quest locked and sadly not something I could get to. But no the most important part to me, the sawmill, is not only available but right next to a bank chest! Construction through contracts just became ALOT less of a pain in the wallet.

Thank you for not forcing the Rimmington plank maker to be the only one available without quests.
