I want to give Jagex a big high five!!!

First time I have seen them so blantly admit to a mess up and even
say they are gonna work on fixing it.

This gave me hope for the future of the game!!!!

PS the cosmetics though on the Battle pass, LOOK FANTASTIC The richest person is not who has the most. It is who Needs the least.

They didn't mess up. They just followed orders and knew from the start people will make a fuss about this. These so called buffs would creep eventually again becoming a buyable option. It's only a matter of time. Not really sure why you want to support this. This battle pass should be completely removed. I have zero faith into this game left and I will slowly but surely fade away from this game. It sucks that I will not accomplish the goals that I had set, but it is what it is...

It's just that Jagex lost my trust for the second time after restarting again in 2019 when I should have remained quitted in 2012'ish.

On the one hand, I do appreciate when someone finally acknowledges they made a mistake, specially after the half-hearted excuses that Jagex posted on the first feedback article. On the other, Jagex only admitted their mistake and accepted to work on it once we called them on their bluff.

We as customers/players have every right to remain cautious and to have some sort of say in the direction of the game. The mechanism was already there in the form of Player Power polls, seriously, would it be that hard to bring that back or is our input so irrelevant to where they want to take the game?

Fuck ya, they're even bringing back challenges.

Thank you jagex, seems I will continue to play this game. Glad to see a company back off to such a shitty/greedy update. It wasn't even just the greedy part, I hated all of that update.
